Ksvi̊te Se was founded durring the late 18th century in late winter of the year 1674, by Håhi Goiē̼o. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Ksvi̊te Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ksvi̊te Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Ksvi̊te Se is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Ksvi̊te Se was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow gravel streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A look around Ksvi̊te Se is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need. It’s not malicious. Heads are hung. Eyes are empty. Something truly horrible happened here once upon a time and the town never healed.

It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century an up-welling of water from beneath the earth caused Backwater Virline to surge and overflow its banks. The resulting flood was isolated to the area around Ksvi̊te Se, which was swallowed by the waters for several days. Ksvi̊te Se lost 208 people, 388 livestock, and 31 buildings in the disaster. The disaster is remembered as the Terror Drownings.
